Elementary Teacher: St. Mary’s School is accepting applications/resumes for an elementary teaching position that will begin in September, 2015. This is a full time position with benefits.
Duties: To create a flexible elementary grade program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for upper elementary grade education in accordance with each student’s ability; to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.
Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Elementary Education Endorsement Minnesota State Teaching License

Pre-K Teacher: St. Mary’s School is accepting applications/resumes for our new Pre-K position that will begin in September, 2015. This is a part time position – Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:30pm.
Duties: The job of Pre-K Teacher was established for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional process by serving as a teacher with specific responsibility for supervising students within the classroom and other assigned areas; developing lesson plans and delivering group an individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines; collaborating with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from students’ parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student progress.
Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Early Childhood-Birth to Age 8 or Preprimary Endorsement Minnesota State Teaching License (those with an Elementary Education license are also encouraged to apply)

Technology Teacher: St. Mary’s School is accepting applications/resumes for our new Technology Teacher Position that will begin in September, 2015. This is a part-time positions – Monday-Friday 12:30-3:00pm (hours somewhat flexible)
Duties: Planning/teaching lessons for grades K-6 including using Type-To-Learn software, basic computer skills, Using Google Apps for Education, Chromebooks, etc. Providing general support and guidance to all faculty in the areas of instructional technology. Knowledge of PC environment a must. Knowledge of iPads, LearnPads and networking a plus.
Requirements: A bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent training, A valid MN State Teacher Certification or commitment to certification, A knowledge of current school technology practices
