We are hiring an Administrative Director!


The Morris Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional to join the Chamber as an Administrative Director for marketing, promotion and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will support shopping locally and has a passion to engage with local businesses.

Experience with marketing & communications, event planning, Canva, Quickbooks, Facebook & WordPress is preferred.

Pay: $16-$23, based on experience

Hours: 30 or more, office hours are 9am-2pm with additional time spent in community.


  • Promote economic growth for community businesses
  • Support members through advocacy, education and engagement
  • Plan and coordinate events to support community
  • Manage financial accounts
  • Create promotional material and communications
  • Format and edit the weekly subscription email
